Sales cum Business Manager
Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be independently responsible for selling Nutrishilp's Services, and products and be involved in business generation activities and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Typically works in an office environment.
- Will require travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.

DIETITIAN:
The role involves assessing clients’ dietary requirements, counselling, and creating diet & lifestyle plans under the strict mentorship of the Founder & Director, Shilpi Goel.
Requirements:
- PG. Diploma or M.Sc. in Foods & Nutrition/Dietetics. M.Sc. preferred.
- Passion to excel in the field of diet, nutrition, and fitness.
- Minimum 1 year work experience or reputed training.
- Positive attitude and flexibility with a zeal to learn.
- Detailed understanding of calorie content and nutritional value of various food groups.
- Understanding of all lifestyle disorders – Thyroid, PCOD/S, Hypertension, Diabetes, etc.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proficient in computer/internet/MS-office/Social Media skills.
- Commitment and dedication to learn, succeed and grow.
