Acidity, also known as acid reflux, is a condition that frequently occurs and is experienced in the lower region of the chest in the form of heartburn. This occurs when stomach acids flow back into the food pipe (esophagus).

What Causes Acidity?

  • Frequently and regularly eating spicy, fatty, or acidic foods.
  • Due to obesity
